Dominate and The Adams have always operated in different mediums. One built its identity through clothing, graphics, and visual culture; the other through records, live shows, and a sound that became closely associated with Jakarta’s independent music scene.

Now, the two come together for a new collaboration.

Some stories aren’t written overnight. They unfold over years, moving in parallel until the moment they finally become one.

Rather than treating the collaboration as a conventional fashion-meets-music project, DOMINATE × THE ADAMS looks at the cultural overlap between the two. Both have developed distinct identities without relying on the same playbook, building relevance through consistency rather than chasing whatever happens to be next.

The collection takes The Adams visual world and places it within Dominate’s design language, creating a series of pieces that reference the band’s history while giving it a new context.

For Dominate, the collaboration continues its approach of working beyond the garment itself extending into creative direction, imagery, and the wider world surrounding the project. For The Adams, it becomes another interpretation of a body of work that has continued to move across generations.
